What You’ll Be Doing

Build new business through proactive networking, client meetings, and market intelligence.
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and placement.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Consistently achieve performance goals and revenue targets.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor and industry specialist in your market.

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 years’ experience in an agency or specialist recruitment environment.
Proven success in generating business and making placements.
A sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Resilience, self-motivation, and a hunger for success.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (advantageous).
