Your Role

Drive new business through networking, relationship-building, and market insights.
Manage the full 360° recruitment process — from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Consistently deliver on performance targets and revenue goals.
Become a specialist and trusted advisor within your niche market.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an agency or specialist recruitment environment.
Proven track record of business development and successful placements.
Strong sales acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous).
