POSITION INFO:

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish
Securing new business and building your own client portfolio
Networking with professionals and establishing long-term relationships
Providing market insights and strategic guidance to clients and candidates
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly performance targets

This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives under pressure, and wants to build a successful career in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or specialist)
Strong business development ability
A track record of meeting targets and delivering results
Confidence, resilience, competitiveness, and strong communication skills
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous, not essential)
