The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and people-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing top talent to matching them with the right roles — and play a key part in helping both clients and candidates succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Advertise job openings across multiple platforms
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
Negotiate offers and close successful placements
Meet and exceed performance targets
Ability to build a desk from scratch

Requirements:
â Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales/customer service background and demonstrate billings record
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
â Strong organizational and time management abilities
â Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
