We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruitment Interns to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, human resources, or business development while gaining hands-on experience and training.
 
What We're Looking For:
- Based in Bellville or Somerset West, Cape Town
- Passion for helping people and making a positive impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Well-organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or a related field (advantageous)
- Previous customer service, sales, administration, volunteer, or HR experience (advantageous)
 
What You'll Do:
- Screen candidates for job opportunities and capture Cvs onto our CRM System.
- Register, interview and assess candidates.
- Build relationships with job seekers and employers
- Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications
- Promote suitable candidates to potential employers
- Assist with business development and identifying new job opportunities
- Work towards recruitment and placement targets with support from the team
