POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be responsible for:

Build and grow client relationships
Source, screen & match top talent
Cold call like a champion
Advise candidates like their personal career coach
Post great ads & drive placements

What you need:

2–3 years Recruitment or Sales experience
Strong sourcing + cold calling skills
Placement Partner experience
Target-driven, organised, and confident
Degree/Honours in Industrial Psych, Marketing or Business
