JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their growing team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Profile
Facilitate and administrate the recruitment process to attract and hire talented individuals
Reporting into HRBP
Recruitment
Strategic planning with regards to recruitment
Liaise with hiring managers
Ensure recruitment advertising channels are kept current
management of job descriptions
Manage offers and contracts
Communicate with candidates and agencies
Research on comparable salaries
Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Onboarding and offboarding
Coordinating and managing the probation reviews for new employees
General administration and HR duties
Policy development implementation
Leave and sick leave management
Time and attendance
IR Meetings schedule

Minimum Requirements
Degree in Industrial Psychology
Minimum of 1-3 years experience within a similar role
Specialise recruitment
Focused, target, and performance-driven
Understanding of labour law
Technical Recruitment
Database management
Excel and Office 365
Passionate and ability to get things done
Communication skills
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Proactive work style
Sound knowledge of HR legislation and hiring processes
Strong research skills
Great time management skills
Skilled at candidate screening and interviewing
Results-driven
