POSITION INFO:

A leading Freight company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist specialising Sea Freight Reefer to be based in their Cape Town Office.

in this role you will be responsible for the daily activies for the reefer clients, supporting them by answering queries and problem solving.

Your duties will include:

Completing all Reefer shipment processes
Receiving and checking confirmed orders
Ensuring shipments are handled according to agreements and SOP''s
Processing customs clearance prior to arranging packing of cargo
Arranging fumigation / VGM Weigh as needed

In order to be considered, you must have:

Matric
5+ years experience in Sea Freight Operations
5+ years Reefer/Perishables experience
Advanced MS Office ability (Excel, Outlook)
Compu-Clearing experience would be advantageous
