SUMMARY:
Be involved in full cycle project management in a design and installation environment for an industrial refrigeration giant in South Africa.

POSITION INFO:

Design and costing of refrigeration systems

Full cycle project management including managing of contracts and service-related jobs

Detailed planning and procurement of materials and resources

Monitor sub-contractors

Run projects successfully within budget and on time

Travel nationally and internationally on short notice

Willing to work overtime and on weekend if required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in engineering project management

Experience in HVAC project management would also be considered (Beneficial)

Strong mechanical ability and understanding of refrigeration systems

Good application experience of Thermo Dynamic design and calculations (Heat load/ transfer calculations etc.)

Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams

Do design calculations and equipment selection for refrigeration systems

Computer literate (SAP, MS Project, Excel etc.)

Qualification:

NDip/BTech/BEng in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
