SUMMARY:
RecruitPro is recruiting on behalf of our international client based in the Netherlands. They are a leading technical staffing and project solutions provider operating across high-tech, industrial, and energy sectors. We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join their team and work on a variety of cooling and refrigeration systems across multiple client sites.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out planned maintenance on industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on cooling installations
Install, configure, and commission cooling equipment, including systems using natural refrigerants (ammonia, COâ)
Prepare service and maintenance reports after each job
Advise clients on system improvements and preventive maintenance
Participate in on-call rotations
Occasional short international project work may be required

Experience & Qualifications

N4–N6 / National Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
Experience working with industrial refrigeration or cooling systems
F-gas certification or experience with ammonia/COâ refrigerants is advantageous
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel and work on-site at various locations
Valid driver's licence
