- Hands-on experience as a Refrigeration Technician in FMCG or industrial environments
- Proven knowledge of ammonia and Freon systems
- Skilled in fault-finding, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
- Strong teamwork and client communication skills
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards
