POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking an IMMEDIATE Regional Accountant to support financial operations across multiple countries. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full monthly accounting close across multiple entities in line with group deadlines
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, provisions, allocations, recharges)
Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies timeously
Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including aging and collections support
Prepare cash flow forecasts and support cash management
Assist with inventory accounting, stock counts, and variance investigations
Support statutory compliance and reconciliations
Assist with external and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules
Collaborate with regional and country teams to ensure consistent accounting practices
Contribute to system improvements and process standardisation initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 - 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally in a multi-country or regional environment
Exposure to accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and fixed assets
Audit support experience (external audits preferred)
