My client based In Northern Cape is urgently looking for a Regional Branch Manager with a vast experience on the rental and sales of industrial equipmentâs to direct all operations aspects such as health and safety, plant equipmentâs sales, human resources, and payroll.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Matric
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
7-10 years’ experience in a similar role
Must be target driven
Must be sales driven
Must have strong sales and people management skills

Job description

Managing resources and staff, developing, and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues
Provide training, coaching, and motivating personnel
Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
Oversee the performance of the branch
Developing and maintaining good relationships with customers
