SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:
To oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service and team performance. The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in aligning branch teams with company goals, identifying challenges and executing solutions on the ground. Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements are in place.

Subordinates:

Branch Managers
Support staff indirectly (where applicable)

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric certificate or equivalent qualification (diploma etc.)
BCom Management or Relevant degree would be beneficial
At least 5 - 8 years experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel
Experience of managing Profit and Loss, balance sheet and associated financial responsibilities
Understanding of procurement
Sales and customer interaction experience
