SUMMARY:

A leading JSE listed automotive group is looking for a dynamic Finance Executive to oversee the Free State and Northern Cape regions. Candidates must already be based in Bloemfontein or be willing to relocate within 1–2 months.

POSITION INFO:
Finance Executive – Bloemfontein (Relocation Required)
Region: Free State & Northern Cape
Industry: Automotive - Large JSE Listed Group
Salary: R 1 500 000 – R 1 800 000 per annum plus Quarterly Incentive
Benefits: Vehicle, fuel, medical aid & retirement fund

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the regional finance function across multiple sites
Oversee 7 Finance Managers (dotted line)
Drive financial performance, compliance, governance & reporting
Partner with senior leadership on strategy and operational efficiency
Work closely with the Regional Finance Manager

Requirements:

Strong senior finance leadership background
Automotive industry experience (essential)
Experience in multiâsite or regional operations
Strategic, commercially minded, and influential leader
Willing to relocate to Bloemfontein if not already based there
