POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Financial Manager to join a well-established organization operating within the multi-branch operational services industry. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, operationally focused environments and enjoys partnering with leadership to drive business performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Financial Leadership & Reporting
• Compliance & Governance
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Operational Finance
• Stakeholder Management
• Ad-Hoc and Strategic Support

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial management, ideally within a regional, multi-site or operationally driven environment
• Strong background in audit, compliance and operational finance

Key Skills & Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and leadership capability
• High proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
• Strategic mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
