Join a leading financial services provider as the Regional Financial Manager based in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Join a leading financial services provider as the Regional Financial Manager based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial or long-term insurance sectors. A proven track record as a Financial Manager within a sales-driven environment will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Translate regional strategy into actionable operational deliverables
Analyze and report on sales performance, income/cost variances, and financial risks
Develop and deliver monthly management reports, including annual targets at all levels
Oversee accurate sales target management, financial payment cycles, and regional budget preparation
Provide insights for better decision-making and ensure effective cost management and compliance with risk frameworks
Compiling and communication of annual targets from regional to adviser/consultant level
Responsible for the accurate management and adjustment of sales targets on all levels
Ensure that organisational and portfolio structures in the region are accurately maintained
Coordinate financial payment cycle and resolving enquiries

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the financial or long-term insurance industry
Track record as Financial Manager within a Sales environment
