POSITION INFO:
ð Regional Financial Manager – Cape Town (Cape Flats) ð
ð Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
ð¼ Industry: Retail / FMCG
Salary: R 700 000.00/R 900 000.00 per annum

What You’ll Do:

â Lead and inspire a regional finance team
â Drive operational plans and achieve profitability targets
â Oversee the month-end and annual financial statements
â Contribute to stock control and risk management
â Ensure accurate reporting and compliance
â Promote values of honesty, respect, accountability, and energy

What We’re Looking For:

ð Qualifications:
- BCom Accounting or higher financial qualification
- Honours Degree or equivalent
ð Experience:
- 3/5+ years in senior financial management within retail or FMCG
ð¡ Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & people management
- Strategic planning & decision-making
- Risk management & budgeting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Customer-centric mindset
