SUMMARY:
Opportunity for a Regional Financial Manager

POSITION INFO:
A long-established, JSE-listed services group with a proud history spanning almost 70 years is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead regional finance operations. This role suits a strategic yet hands-on finance leader with deep operational exposure and strong business-partnering capability.

Duties:

Lead regional finance operations across multiple sites
P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
Drive inventory control, cost optimisation and margin improvement
Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to support decision-making
Manage and develop finance teams, ensuring strong governance and compliance
Deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior management

Education and experience:

CA(SA) qualification
Minimum 8 years post-articles experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
Experience within services, FMCG, retail or manufacturing environments
Strong operational finance and P&L ownership experience
Experience with Power BI is preferred
