SUMMARY:
A prominent organization within the multi-site operational services sector is looking to appoint a seasoned Regional Financial Manager, based in Durban North, to strengthen its finance leadership capability.

POSITION INFO:
This role offers the opportunity to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiencies and influence strategic outcomes across a network of branches.

Key Focus Areas:

End-to-end responsibility for regional financial operations across multiple locations
Driving accurate financial reporting and delivering commercial insights to senior leadership
Leading the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
Overseeing operational finance functions, including reconciliations, payroll reviews and payment approval
Partnering with regional and branch leadership to support performance improvement
Contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior financial management role within a multi-site or operational environment
Demonstrated experience in audit, compliance and operational finance environments
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
A confident communicator with proven leadership ability
Comfortable travelling as required
