An established organization operating within the pest control and industrial cleaning sectors is looking for a seasoned leader ready to take on a high-impact, senior management role with significant scope for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong operational background to lead a regional team and multi-site operations to influence strategic direction. Duties: Oversee daily operations across mutliple sites, ensuring efficiency and service excellence Drive people development initiatives to build a motivated, skilled team Manage sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share Lead general management activities, including budgeting, planning, and stakeholder engagement Requirements: Relevant qualification. 5 to 10 years of relevant management experience in industrial service related industries Proven ability to oversee operations and develop leadership talent Strong sales management and strategic planning skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities Familiarity with the following: Business growth strategies in service industries Regulatory compliance within Namibia's pest control and cleaning sectors This is an opportunity to lead a pivotal regional operation within a respected organization, and a the chance to shape company growth and operational excellence. This is a leadership role for a professional that enjoys hands on management. Based at the Windhoek head office.
