SUMMARY:

A well-established Financial Institution is seeking the above to develop aligned and integrated tactics which interpret strategic business plans by leading with product and sales skills and facilitating high performance levels across areas of responsibility.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Must have a Post Graduate qualification recognised by the FSCA Registrar
  • RE 1 professional registration will be preferred
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience, with senior management experience in the past 2 years are essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances.
  • Actively coaching teams through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performance.
  • Managing people by executing management responsibilities and creating an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.
  • Setting tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies in order to realize those goals.
  • Integrating business information, and comparing, analysing and producing reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes.
  • Developing tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.
  • Developing and ensuring the implementation of the organisation''s customer acquisition strategy.
  • Defining and driving the tactical sales strategy.
  • Contributing to the successful implementation of campaigns by setting standards and support execution.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership.
  • Providing input into and implementing corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in order to identify and manage risk exposure.
  • Focusing on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Establishing mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
  • Anticipating and meeting the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture.
  • Developing tactical plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Managing expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters.
  • talent and culture of the team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
