Regional Lead

SUMMARY:
Our Client is currently looking for a Regional Lead for Johannesburg.
To provide leadership, direction, and support to Asset Optimisation and Implementation/Compliance teams enabling them to deliver projects in compliance with the specified quality, cost, and schedule targets.

POSITION INFO:

Key Purposes:

To continuously review project status and action corrective measures where necessary to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the project execution plan and/or contractual obligations.

Manage the development and deployment of resources across projects in the Region and co-operate with other Regions to secure resources and/or provide opportunities for personnel to work in other Regions.

Requirements:

Formal Education and Qualifications – Essential qualifications and/or education

• B.Eng. Degree.
• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline
• Tertiary qualifications in Operational discipline

 Work Experience.

• Operational senior experience
• Development of asset management policies, strategies, and plans
• Development of asset maintenance strategies using RCM principles.
• Design and implementation of work management systems, including:
  • Planning processes and procedures
  • Scheduling processes and procedures
  • KPI design and implementation
• Implementation and/or application of EAM or ERP systems
• Principles and practices associated with the application of Reliability Engineering processes and growth models.
• Demonstrated skills in safety management, risk awareness and hazard identification.
• Ability to use standard PC computing systems, i.e., MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated competency in report writing and group presentation skills.
