SUMMARY:
Our Client is currently looking for a Regional Lead for Johannesburg.
To provide leadership, direction, and support to Asset Optimisation and Implementation/Compliance teams enabling them to deliver projects in compliance with the specified quality, cost, and schedule targets.

POSITION INFO:

Key Purposes:

To continuously review project status and action corrective measures where necessary to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the project execution plan and/or contractual obligations.

Manage the development and deployment of resources across projects in the Region and co-operate with other Regions to secure resources and/or provide opportunities for personnel to work in other Regions.

Requirements:

Formal Education and Qualifications – Essential qualifications and/or education

B.Eng. Degree.
Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline
Tertiary qualifications in Operational discipline

Work Experience.

Operational senior experience
Development of asset management policies, strategies, and plans
Development of asset maintenance strategies using RCM principles.
Design and implementation of work management systems, including:
- Planning processes and procedures
- Scheduling processes and procedures
- KPI design and implementation
Implementation and/or application of EAM or ERP systems
Principles and practices associated with the application of Reliability Engineering processes and growth models.
Demonstrated skills in safety management, risk awareness and hazard identification.
Ability to use standard PC computing systems, i.e., MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated competency in report writing and group presentation skills.
