  Essential functions:

  Ensure to visit customers in the allocated region regularly to maintain and relationships.

  • Delivery of monthly forecasts.
  • Ensure to close sales deals timeously.
  • Ensure to execute Pre- and post-delivery activities.
  • Ensure the solution offered match the customer requirements.
  • Generate budget quotations as per customer request for new solutions.
  • Deliver formal quotations to customers professionally and timeously.
  • Provide accurate customer information for quoting and order processing stages.
  • Continuously educate yourself on the IS³ solution offering.
  • Engage with customers regarding the entire solution portfolio.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Always represent the face of IS³ professionally and ethically.
  • Continuously educate yourself on best practices within the sales processes.
  • Maintains the relevant ISO procedures and policies for the relevant department.

  Sales Activities Pipeline

  • Grow pipeline to 1.5xTarget for a FY (run rate business).
  • Maintain and grow Wonderware/Citect business.
  • Take on the additional portfolio to market.
  • Ensure all weekly meetings reflect in the calendar and minutes of the meeting are documented in CRM.
  • Develop deal clinics for each quarter and assist in activities for key/strategic account plans led by industry leads.
  • Update CRM system with opportunities weekly- recognition of sales will be based on opportunities in the CRM.
  • Meet once every two weeks at the office to review:
    • Deal clinics
    • Pipeline
    • Leads
    • Meetings
    • Joint visits

  Customer First

  • Ensure to create and manage all CF opportunities by internal sales.
  • Assist Internal sales with required information for managing CF.
  • Install base saturation and lifecycle.
  • Ensure to have at least two visits during the CF contract period.

  Marketing Activities/Events

  • From time to time assist with marketing activities like Conferences, Breakfasts, Golf days etc.â?¦
  • Prepare and present on the portfolio of products at marketing events.
  • Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, event and demonstrations.
  Skills and Experience:

  Educational Qualification Required:

  • Matric Certificate
  • BSc Information Technology or Engineering

  Experience required:

  • At least 5 yearsâ?? experience in a similar role
  • At least 5 years knowledge in an Automation Industry
  • Customer and Personal Service â?? Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  Work environment:

  • A combination of working inside an office environment as well visiting clients

  Travel:
