Regional Manager - DRC

Our client is a leading provider of industrial and mining services across Africa. They are currently seeking to appoint a Regional Manager based in Kolwezi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), to oversee operations in the Copperbelt region.

Qualifications

Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related discipline
Post-graduate qualification advantageous.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 10–15 years in mining/industrial operations
5+ years in senior management roles in Central Africa (DRC/Copperbelt preferred)
Strong track record in workforce mobilisation
Site HSE compliance, contractor management, and stakeholder relations with mining houses, government bodies, and unions
Fluent English and French essential
Proven ability to manage multi-cultural teams in high-risk environments

Candidates must be available to travel extensively
