"1-Responsible for FM resources dimensioning for each zone

2. Responsible for FM monthly budget

3. Managing FM staff and define their scope of work

4. Interface with subcontractors manager for FM issues

5. Act as interface with customer for all FM related issues

6. Responsible for applying Huawei regulation and FM process at all FM areas (WFM / OWS / ,,ETC.)

7. Regularly evaluate the FM resources of subcontractor

8. Subcontractor monthly evaluation

9. Technical solution support

10. Work assignment for all FM members

11. Enhancing FM KPIs

12. Ensure work quality performed smoothly by subcontractor

13. Minimize customer complain related to FM service

14. Responsible to organize work priority

15. Assign clear target for all FM teams members. 16- linking to the W/H for inventory support and logistics 17- follow up with Admin on the fleet vehicles problems till resolving"
