SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Industry, has an EE opportunity available for a Regional Manager: Aftersales/Customer Service in the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Must be a qualified Diesel Technician (passed both theory and practical)
NQF Level 6 – (360 credits – 8 level framework) or NTC 6
Code EC Driver’s license and PRDP (Public Road Driving Permit)
Minimum of 6 years post trade qualification experience
HQS Diagnostic Technician Qualification will be an advantage.
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
May be required to work overtime
May be required to travel and stay overnight

Key Performance Areas:

Give guidance to dealers in service department to areas of under-performance
Give guidance and develop dealers in achieving the set campaign objectives
Assist dealers in achieving a high standard in customer experience
Give feedback to the Technical Liaison Manager on technical problems in the field
Assist dealers in repairing of trucks in order to get the truck back on the road
