Our client based in Shamdor Pretoria is looking for a Regional Manager with previous experience working as a franchise manager – calling on stores. 5 years plus experience required

POSITION INFO:

This individual is required to have experience in the following:

Implementing strategic objectives.

Developing an operations strategy

Designing products, services, and processes

Planning and controlling with various resources available

Improving operations: Continually monitoring and improving the overall performance of the company’s operation.

Increasing revenue by supplying good quality products and services.

Providing the basis for future innovation by building a solid base of operational skills and knowledge within the business. Operation managers play a central role in stabilising a franchise company’s policies and procedures across different business disciplines.

The role of the Franchise Manager is to manage, develop and grow Franchise Partners and contribute towards the brand becoming the brand of choice

Ensure implementation of national marketing campaigns.

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.

Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.

Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.

Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
