SUMMARY:
Multi-product distributor and reseller with a presence in all major retail stores seeks to employ an experienced Regional Manager for their Gauteng Region. The successful incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the sales strategy and meeting or exceeding goals.

POSITION INFO:

Must have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Requirements:

Please ONLY apply if you meet the following minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Own Vehicle and valid drivers licence
Laptop and Smart phone
5 Years experience managing sales teams
Industry experience in Retail/Wholesale/Consumer Goods
Experience in forecasting, setting sales strategy, managing sales teams and budget management
Solid track record
Strong communication skills
Computer literacy (MS Office, advanced Excel)
