About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager (Security) to lead, grow, and professionalize our security services portfolio across the Nelspruit region. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), you are responsible for strategic leadership, financial performance, and client satisfaction. In this senior leadership role, you will manage a team of Operations Managers who report directly to you. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale service delivery, specifically focusing on physical guarding and CCTV monitoring systems, while balancing hands-on operational oversight with long-term business growth. (Grade 12, Valid License, and own vehicle are mandatory)

What you’ll be doing
- Strategic Leadership: Provide operational leadership for the security division across multiple client sites in the Lowveld.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and drive accountability for a team of Operations Managers and their respective operational staff.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the senior point of contact for service excellence and retention.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the quality and compliance of comprehensive security solutions, including guarded sites and CCTV surveillance.
- Financial Control: Manage regional budgets, P&L, wage control, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure 100% adherence to PSIRA regulations, H&S legislation, and industry standards through regular audits.
- Operations: Manage new contract mobilizations, site take-on's, and operational transitions.
What you’ll need- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is mandatory.
- Experience: 4 – 7 years’ senior management experience in security or facilities management.
- Registration: Valid PSIRA Grade A registration certificate (non-negotiable).
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of physical guarding protocols and CCTV/electronic security systems.
- Compliance: Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Criminal Record: Clear criminal record (mandatory background checks will be conducted).
- Acumen: Strong commercial skills with experience in budgeting, P&L ownership, and client-facing stakeholder management.
