Regional Manager / Security Sector

SUMMARY:
Do you have minimum five years experience in Management in the Security industry overseeing staff and management and liaising extensively with all clients requirements?

Matric, relevant qualifications

Minimum 3 – 5 years experience as a Regional Manager within the Security Industry

Excellent customer service

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Excellent management skills

DUTIES

Achieving business goals and revenue targets.

Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.

Managing training  and supporting Area Managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.

Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.

Managing client requests, dealing with enquiries

Solving clients problems and liaising accordingly

Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective

Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards

Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed

Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances

Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions

Salary: R   dependent on experience
