Regional Sales Manager

SUMMARY:
A pharmaceutical company is looking for Regional Sales Manager to manage a team of Sales Representatives that service Independent and corporate pharmacies. To call on and promote the company's OTC business unit products, achieving Sales and Market Share targets executing on operational expectations of the company's OTC.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Regional Sales Manager
• Relationships with large Independent and corporate store managers will be an advantage
• Proven sales record
• Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical Industry
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Business Savvy.

• Regional & Divisional sales objectives are met
• Priorities effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives
• Competitive market share evolution
• Expenses in Line with Budget/ revised forecast.

• Customer targets in all key areas will have been achieved
• Building sustainable Customer loyalty.
• Analysis and Reports
