SUMMARY:
A pharmaceutical company is looking for Regional Sales Manager to manage a team of Sales Representatives that service Independent and corporate pharmacies. To call on and promote the company's OTC business unit products, achieving Sales and Market Share targets executing on operational expectations of the company's OTC.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and\/or a medical discipline will be advantageous. Experience Minimum five (5) years' experience in Regional Sales Manager Relationships with large Independent and corporate store managers will be an advantage Proven sales record Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical Industry Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Business Savvy. Key Job Outputs Management Regional & Divisional sales objectives are met Priorities effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives Competitive market share evolution Expenses in Line with Budget\/ revised forecast. Customer Relationships Customer targets in all key areas will have been achieved Building sustainable Customer loyalty. Analysis and Reports Accurate forecasting & sales tracking Monitor and analyse market share trajectory Preparation and presentation of field sales reports presented timeously Ability to develop tactical plans from available data. Team Development Attract, Retain and Develop key talent Motivate members of the team to being successful and efficient. Core Competencies Strong coaching skills People Management Skills Financial Acumen and relevant analysis Planning & Organising Networking Fluent Verbal and Written Communications Supportive Orientation.
