About the Role
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a regional team of Real Estate Agents while driving sales performance, business development, recruitment, coaching, and market expansion.
You'll work closely with executive leadership to execute an aggressive national growth strategy, increase property sales, expand market share, and develop top-performing property professionals.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Real Estate Agents Drive regional sales performance and achieve ambitious revenue targets Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and team performance Develop strategies to increase listings, mandates, and property sales Business Development Identify new business opportunities and expand the regional property portfolio Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients Grow market share through strategic sales initiatives Support agents in securing exclusive mandates and high-value listings Coaching & Mentoring Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor new and existing Real Estate Agents Develop high-performing sales professionals through ongoing training and support Conduct regular performance reviews and sales coaching sessions Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance Client & Stakeholder Management Develop strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders Support negotiations on strategic and high-value property transactions Ensure exceptional customer service across the region Represent the business at networking events and industry functions Performance Management Analyse regional sales performance and identify growth opportunities Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports Monitor KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets Implement initiatives to improve productivity and profitability Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in Real Estate Sales or Property Sales Previous experience leading and managing successful sales teams Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Industrial property experience Strong business development and client acquisition experience Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport PPRA Registration advantageous Key Skills Regional Sales Management Real Estate Sales Property Sales Residential Property Commercial Property Retail Property Industrial Property Business Development Sales Leadership Team Management Coaching & Mentoring Lead Generation Client Relationship Management Negotiation Property Investment Sales Strategy Revenue Growth Property Portfolio Growth Market Expansion Performance Management Why Join?
