POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Drive regional sales strategy, revenue growth and achievement of targets. Manage and grow key retail accounts including SPAR, Pick n Pay, Shoprite and major forecourt groups. Develop new business across retail, wholesale, independent trade and forecourts. Lead, coach and manage a geographically dispersed field sales team. Drive distribution, product availability, merchandising and in-store execution. Build strong relationships with wholesalers, independent retailers and regional buyers. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, market trends and opportunities. Manage regional forecasting, reporting and key performance indicators. Work closely with Finance, Marketing and Operations to ensure commercial and operational performance. Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve account issues effectively.
