JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manger to service the Natal region for a well-established accessories business. A strong leader with good communication, a sales driven mind that endeavours to ensure profitability and meeting set targeted goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
Staff Management

Run Meetings with Sales Reps and Merchandisers
Train and develop staff
Monthly staff reviews and quarterly appraisals
Recruit, Organise and Approve staff holidays and roasters thereof
Establish performance goals for each employee and Daily/Monthly/Annual targets
Keep records of all Sales Activities and produce monthly reporting statistics
Report on all sales queries and complaints

Store Management

Store Visits
Manage and ensure stores are stocked correctly with the correct product and quantity
Identify opportunities and negotiate more space at store level
Ensure product knowledge of best sellers, slow sellers etc
Illustrate the correct product mix and display as per plan-o-grams
Submit Call reports daily

Experience and Skills

+5 years Sales experience FMCG or similar environment
+2 years Management experience
Diploma / Degree in Sales/ Marketing/Management
Computer Literate – Excel Intermediate min
Drivers and Own Vehicle

Salary R22 000 + Car Allowance + Petrol + Phone Allowance
