SUMMARY:
Our International client - an Automotive OEM - seeks to employ a new Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the sales performance of new vehicles across the dealership network.

POSITION INFO:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
At least 5-8 years work experience within an automotive company
Sales management, or a similar role within the OEM or dealership environment
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate sales teams.
Proficiency in sales performance management tools and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Cross functional acumen

Key Responsibilities:
The role involves analyzing sales data, developing strategies to boost sales, and ensuring that dealerships meet or exceed their sales targets. The manager works closely with sales teams, providing guidance, training, and support to improve sales processes and outcomes
