POSITION INFO:
Are you a seasoned sales leader who thrives in high-performance environments? Our client, a respected name in the construction materials sector, is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales operations across KwaZulu-Natal. This role is key to achieving revenue targets, managing key customer relationships, and guiding a small team across the general construction market.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• ✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction/specifications environment
• ✅ At least 3 years in a sales management role
• ✅ Proven people management, coaching, and performance development abilities
• ✅ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally
• ✅ Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically

• 🔧 Experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, and/or flooring products
• 🛠️ Ability to identify new customer segments and unlock fresh revenue streams
• 📊 Proficiency in SAP, CRM, and Excel; exposure to Qlikview is advantageous
• 💬 Strong communication and negotiation skills across various management levels
• 🧠 Independent, strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and mentoring teams
• 🌍 Knowledge of the construction and technical product supply chain in South Africa
