SUMMARY:
Regional Security Manager

POSITION INFO:

Rosebank
To undertake overall responsibility for Security, Fraud, and Vigilance for the region by monitoring and implementing the security policies and procedures and conducting investigations in case of security breaches within the specified region.
Conduct operational risk assessment of proposed Visa Application Centre and passport/VAF movement from VAC to Post for the given region
Offer risk rating of country, region & location and recommend countermeasures to ensure security of people, assets and processes in regular consultations with Operations teams
Liaise with local Post and Govt. authorities with respect to security concerns and issues within the region
Develop and administer the Security budget of the Region. Plan and manage monthly, quarterly & annual budgets for the security equipment & measures within the given region
Ensure expenditure is as per the risk profiling of the given region & optimal utilisation of resources thus ensuring cost effectiveness
Integrate security procedures to ensure qualitative, cost effective & value added security services. Ensure all critical service levels are met & contractual obligations complied to, with deviations reported through incident report framework.Send MIS reports on performance indicators. . Ensure timely reporting and handling of security issues. Conduct detailed investigation of security breaches & submit report for the same to Business Unit Head, Security Head & HR and Legal

Graduate or global equivalent degree
18 – 20 years’ experience in Armed Forces/ Corporate Security Division

Demonstrated experience in multi-site Security Environment
Demonstrated ability to successfully conduct investigations and interviews conclusions
Must possess strong interpersonal communication (verbal & written) skills and ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups and accurately document investigative and other job-related activities
Working knowledge of computer based databases and word processing programs and concepts
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, highly demanding work environment with minimal supervision of day-to-day activities
