POSITION INFO:

Position overview:

A global leader in the molecular diagnostics industry has a new opportunity available for a Regional Service Manager. One will be a key leader of the regional customer care team accountable for the regional implementation of policy, operational controls, change management and growth proposition, with external channel partners and stakeholders.

This job will be based in Johannesburg and will require approximately 25% travel for projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

•             Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related Service Management experience in the molecular diagnostics industry 

•             Extensive B2B and B2C experience managing leading technology or healthcare channel partners and key customer accounts

•             Go-To-Market experience

•             Project Management and commercial multinational working experience

•             Experience working with and presenting to Government and NGO’s

•             Involvement with customer facing or service organisations as a manager

•             Excellent English communication

•             Second language – Portuguese

•             Experience with Salesforce or SAP

•             Experience in the medical device, healthcare or diagnostics field

•             Experience in dealing with the Public Sector market at National and Provincial level in South Africa

•             Valid Country-Issued Passport
