POSITION INFO:
Role Overview:
The Regional Technical Manager will lead and coordinate all technical, engineering, and facilities functions across several hospital sites. This senior role ensures optimal performance of medical and non-medical equipment, infrastructure reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for technical operations across multiple hospitals.
• Oversee maintenance of critical hospital infrastructure, utilities, and engineering systems.
• Manage biomedical equipment upkeep, performance, and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and safety requirements.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage technical budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
• Support expansion projects, renovations, and new technology installations.
• Drive operational efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and risk-reduction strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or a related field).
• GCC Factories.
• 7+ years of technical or engineering management experience, preferably in healthcare or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems and medical equipment.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-site technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
