JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known global investment immigration law firm requires the above to promote the company’s business, notably regarding investment immigration cases globally, maintaining client relations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

A Bachelor’s Degree or related is preferred for the role.
Previous experience having worked as a Business Development Manager or in a relevant role in the customer-facing investment, insurance, private bank or wealth management industry is essential for this role.
Must be able to handle pressure and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI’s) demand.
Must be fluent in English, proficiency in French or other languages would be an added advantage.
Must be able to foster collaborative partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Promoting the company’s business, notably regarding investment immigration cases, and maintain client relations.
Keeping updated and aware on all immigration programs offered by the company, and any other business programs as the company evolves in the future on the company’s strategies.
Developing the market by identifying high-net-worth individuals in the market.
Providing advice to prospective clients on their immigration application needs and follow up closely to close deals.
Driving KPI’s and sales targets.
Managing the application process for all immigration cases, updating clients on progress.
Reporting and presenting presentations to the business development director and managing partners.
Reviewing and discussing with business development directors to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Collaborating with the marketing team and supporting marketing efforts such as company seminars and other promotional events.
Participating in company’s seminars, events and training sessions.
Identifying and prioritizing client needs and recognizing constraints.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
