Key Responsibilities Retain, defend, and grow existing facilities within the client portfolio Entrench clients across BCB and the broader Group, increasing overall wallet share Implement, entrench, and optimize core banking products such as Trade and Import Finance, Transactional Banking and Overdrafts, Borrowing Base Facilities, Term Lending, Asset Finance Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase profitability Grow operating income through improved utilization and product mix optimization Originate new client opportunities via referrals to the New Business Development team Participate actively in the credit process with Portfolio Consultants, providing client insights and commercial judgment Ensure seamless implementation and activation of credit facilities Deliver a high-touch, responsive, and proactive client experience
