Relationship Manager Property Lending

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established bank looking for a Relationship manager to source new clients and to grow the current book. Must have Commercial Lending / Property Lending experience.

Salary: CTC Negotiable depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric, with BSC Property Studies with Honours; or B COMM/Financial Qualification with Honours
Minimum 5 years experience in the banking industry with property lending/ commercial lending experience.
8 + Years New Business Development experience
Financial modelling & analysis.
Negotiation Skills.
Business management skills.
Client and staff management skills.
Strategic focus towards achieving goals and targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance).
