Are you an experienced Release Train Engineer with deep SAP program delivery experience in Agile environments? Join a multi-year enterprise banking transformation involving SAP S/4HANA and Transactional Banking (TRBK) hosted in the AWS Cloud. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating Agile Release Train (ART) delivery across multiple teams and technical workstreams—driving a technical “lift-and-shift” migration from BaS9 to TRBK with zero disruption to business operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) events such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and ART Syncs.
• Manage team-level and cross-team dependencies across 9+ workstreams.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers to keep delivery on schedule.
• Align delivery outcomes to the overall transformation roadmap and enterprise architecture.
• Enable continuous flow of value by improving Agile maturity and collaboration across teams.
• Engage with SAP technical SMEs, development teams, testers, and stakeholders to ensure governance, coordination, and delivery excellence.

• Migration of BaS9 (incl. CMS) to TRBK on SAP S/4HANA in AWS.
• Integration with partner systems and services (with no refactoring).
• Data migration using SAP SLT, custom and standard code upgrades, and automated testing.
• Managing dual-maintenance structure to align with business-as-usual operations.
• Supporting delivery across 9 defined workstreams (build, test, monitor, replicate, etc.).

• 8–10 years of Agile program delivery experience.
• 3+ years working as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager, or similar.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs—especially S/4HANA and banking modules (TRBK, FS).
• Skilled in dependency management, Agile planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• SAFe certification strongly preferred.
• Cloud project experience (AWS ideally) and comfort operating in technical, multi-stakeholder environments.
