Are you working in the renewable energy or construction sector as a highly organized right-hand for the Sales Manager?

Our client near Foreshore requires a proactive individual with advanced Excel skills who can work independently and manage all sales documents, orders, reports, presentations and client liaison. A qualification in Office Administration or Project Management is required.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric and qualification in Office administration / Project management
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support / sales admin / similar roles
Experience within the Renewable Energy or Construction Industry - advantageous
English & Afrikaans
Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formulas
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
Confident communication and presentation skills
Strong client & project management skills
Customer centricity
Prepared to travel nationwide as required
Able to form part of thriving, dynamic team while working in a corporate environment
Innovative, able to think out-the-box

DUTIES

Assist the sales and development team with preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Customer support and communication updating customers
Coordinate with other departments to efficient cross-collaboration
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support as required
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management
Support marketing and promotional activities as needed
Update orders and invoices on a regular basis
Assist with Customer engagement meetings
Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all sales processes
Work with legal and regulatory teams to navigate changes in market rules and policies

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
