Company: A leading Earthmoving Equipment supplier

Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a motivated Rental Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team and spearhead sales and rental activities for our renowned Bobcat and SANY range of earthmoving and road machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and rent Bobcat Products to current and potential clients.
Identify and pursue rental prospects while maintaining strong client relationships.
Develop action plans to meet sales and rental targets.
Prepare contracts, manage client records, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Promote new products and services at marketing events like trade shows and seminars.
Ensure rental fleet maintenance and achieve monthly utilization goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Matric Certificate (minimum).
Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales/rental, preferably in heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment and rental processes.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, cold-calling, and customer service abilities.
- Basic financial knowledge.
- High energy, self-motivation, and impeccable time management.
- Must be flexible and be able to manage clients, technicians and organise operators.
