The Role:

Manage, monitor and control Branch Operations through intelligent planning and Delivery Management in line with RTTâ??s Service Level Agreement. To deliver efficient and cost-effective functionality and sustained profitability of the business operation and ensure the smooth and optimum running / use of company infrastructure.

To deliver efficient and cost-effective functionality and sustained profitability of the business operation and ensure the smooth and optimum running / use of company infrastructure. 

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a similar role
• Experience and knowledge in managing operational systems (SLE4)
• Strong planning and problem solving skills
• Analytical Ability â?? Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Ability to analyze information and processes
• Monitoring skills â?? Monitoring own performance to make improvements
• Time Management skills â?? Managing your own time

• Standard Operating Procedures relating to Drivers 

Collection Management

• Collection report management
• Missed collection management

Risk Compliance

• Manage the companyâ??s risk exposure through identification and maintenance of risk control measures to minimize liability
• Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures

Health Safety

• Adherence to operational Health and Safety statutory compliance

Ad hoc Duties

• Perform other duties as and when requested, by the Department Manager or Executive within own area of abilities and responsibilities

Grade 12/ Matric

Tertiary Qualification in Logistics/ Business Management/ Business Administration or equivalent, would be highly advantageous
