Duties:

• Preparing monthly management reports and providing meaningful analysis and commentary.
• Performing variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.
• Identifying trends, anomalies and key business drivers to support decision-making.
• Supporting executive and management reporting with insightful analysis.
• Building and maintaining sophisticated Excel models and reporting frameworks.
• Developing and enhancing dashboards and visual reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools.
• Introducing automation and AI-driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Performing ad hoc analysis, scenario modelling and business case evaluations.
• Supporting process improvements and reporting standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborating with finance and non-finance stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom, BCompt or equivalent finance degree.
• Honours Degree
• CA(SA)
• Power BI certifications

• 3–7 years' experience in commercial accounting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, structured workbooks, and data modelling.
• Strong SQL capabilities with experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
• Sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or Copilot Studio would be advantageous.
• Experience driving process improvements and participating in reporting transformation initiatives.
