A well-known and well-established insurance giant seeks an experienced and passionate Reporting Accountant to join their finance team based in Pretoria Central.

A well-known and well-established insurance giant seeks an experienced and passionate Reporting Accountant to join their finance team based in Pretoria Central.

In this role, your main focus will be the preparation of regulatory returns and submitting it to the relevant stakeholders, as well as the coordination and alignment of reporting processes.

Candidates who think of themselves as driven, meticulious on attention to detail and consencious in follow ups and feedback are invited to apply for this opportunity.

Education:

BCom / BCompt in Accounting or Finance

Skills & Experience:

3 to 4 years'' experience in a reporting focused role, of which 2 years'' supervisory experience have been gained

Insurance industry experience is a non-negotiable

Regulatory reporting to the FSB will be highly beneficial

Process flow and operation procedures experience

Knowledge of internal reporting standards and insurance contracts (IFRS 4)

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
