Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build reporting and planning applications within specialised financial reporting software.
• Develop data collection templates and financial models using advanced Excel functionality.
• Configure reporting structures and integrate data from multiple source systems.
• Produce automated financial reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs for client use.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing system support and optimisation recommendations.
• Assist with implementation projects, documentation, and client training.
• Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• BCom in Finance or related financial degree
• Completed or in progress CIMA qualification will be advantageous

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial reporting, FP&A, financial management, or financial business analyst role
• Experience implementing or supporting financial reporting / planning software solutions

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, reporting outputs)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ability to prepare financial reports such as management accounts, financial statements, or budget packs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of professionalism and confidence when engaging with finance professionals

• Understanding of IFRS and group consolidation principles
• Exposure to SQL or database environments
• Prior consulting or software implementation experience
• Completed accounting articles
